A 10-week program is a life-changing in-demand course aimed at re-awakening your connection with self and others. Re-aligning your foundation with Mindfulness using the lens of Gurmat, making it authentic and meaningful as we go on this transformative journey. It aims to reduce, eliminate and prevent stress, depression, anxiety, grief and anger, as well, as help you through the transformation and change, towards discovering meaning and purpose in the changing paradigm and in creating a conscious belief that you will lead a happy, fulfilling and meaningful life.
