Confidentiality:

We will keep all your information confidential unless there is threat to life.
Zoom & Privacy
We use Zoom to record our sessions and upload into our secure password protected member login. As a service and platform, zoom itself is GDPR compliant. As far as is reasonably practical we will ensure that the privacy of our members is protected by:

• Using Spotlight feature so only host and speakers can be seen on the recording
• Recordings are only available via video streaming and not downloaded.
. Recordings will be edited to take any personal information out before being shared with anyone in the HariyaBaagh community on demand.
• There is to be no recording of the sessions by members

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by us will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

We expect our members to comply with our confidentiality terms and NEVER disclose or share any information with others outside of their membership or course. Any breaches of this policy will result in you being asked to leave our programmes. Please honour this as a core value and term of your engagement with us.

Enquiring About Our Services

Informal enquiries about our service availability and costs may be made by emailing or completing the form on our website. These details will enter the administrative system of emails which will be visible to 1 Healing practitioners. Please therefore do not share identifiable and private data via these enquiry routes. Please give a contact name and email address or phone number and a brief general message stating which of our services you require further information about. A member of our team will then contact you to gain further information about how we may be able to provide appropriate services to you. If our service is oversubscribed or there is a boundary/conflict of interest, we will provide you with the details.

Contracted Services for Clients and Members of 1Healing

Once you become a contracted client of 1 Healing, we are legally bound to keep all of your personal data and therapy notes confidential in accordance with GDPR regulations and the guidance of the Information Commissioners Office. This written contract details the data protection and the confidentiality with limits, offered by your therapist and our service. You will have a chance to discuss, clarify and amend the contents of this contract before signing it. You will then be given one of two signed copies and the other will be retained by the service.
